Sprouting growth in a jar
For this exercise, you can use our 1L glass jar sprouter

Soak 2 tbsp of seeds in a little water for 8 to 12 hours

Rinse and drain morning and evening until the 5th day

Place in water, stir to separate and remove scales.
Put back in the jar and expose to light for a few hours.
Here it is, ready to eat!
To preserve, put in the refrigerator under a paper towel.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
